eTycoon Review – How To Buy And Sell Websites For Profit

Have you even thought of websites as businesses? Little profit producing machines that can be built, bought and sold? Like virtual profit, shall we say. Well, that’s what eTycoon is all about… Virtual Property.
Before I get too far along in my eTycoon review, I want to give you a bit of background about me and my experiences with buying and selling websites. You see, about three years ago I bought a site on SitePoint filled with Photoshop tutorials. The tutorials themselves were unique and it was getting lots of traffic but not making any money.
Now then, I didn’t really know what I was doing. Plus, I knew nothing about Photoshop.
So I applied a few money-making strategies and within 90 days, was making $380 each and every month! Rather than hold on to it, I decided to sell it on Sitepoint.com (it’s now Flippa.com) and got 10x earnings! For one measly site. I made approximately 1000% on that investment!
For the next six or so months, I tried to replicate the little success. I bought and sold about 12 sites but never made as much money as I did on the first one. I thought it was a fluke. Well, until eTycoon came along.
The first time I saw eTycoon, it reminded me of how much fun I had buying, revamping and selling that website. It also reminded me of the profits I made!
The eTycoon model, as it’s laid out, is attractive to me personally because I hate selling stuff. I hate dealing with affiliate commissions and having to build traffic. eTycoon gave me a method of finding distressed websites, reworking them and selling them off. A painless, almost foolproof way of making some passive income online!
eTycoon gives you all that. Well, at least it did for me. It taught me where to find websites for sale, how to make money on those websites, and how to sell them! All I needed to do was follow the formula!
Well, I finished the course about 6 months ago and I am currently selling my seventh site. I’ve picked up a few autoblogs and several niche websites that were getting lots of traffic (but making little money). So far, I’ve make about $6,000 in the process!
There are a few things I’d like to share with you from the eTycoon system.
The first is to start looking on Flippa.com for websites to buy. There are a lot of good deals there! Websites that the owners have grown out of or have just given up on.
The second tip I’d like to give you is to start looking for affiliate offers on Clickbank.com. Buying a niche website and posting affiliate offers is the best way to start making cash now, as long as there is a good amount of existing traffic on your new website.

Stewart the imbecile likes to call Hitler the most evil man who ever walked this planet (e.g. on the Letterman show on Sept 28, 2010).

That is of course the bullshit Jewish version of history which is absolutely wrong because Stalin and Mao Zedong were much worse, the number of people they directly or indirectly killed lets Hitler look like an amateur. (In the sixties due to Mao’s politics 20-30 million Chinese died in a famine.)

Stewart may think he is funny, but he is not. His impressions suck (except for his New York slang).

His recent remarks on Belgium and the Belgians (September 30, 2010) were pretty stupid, and displayed an absolute absence of an understanding of history. He called Belgium Hitlers highway to France, as if the Belgians chose to invite Hitler into their country and were to blame. In fact they were INVADED by nazi troops, just like Holland.

The only thing he could come up with thinking about Belgium was waffles. Sure, you numb nut, how about Brussels being a center of the European Union.

American ignorance sucks, Stewart is no exception, he just lives up to his rudimentary education and knowledge.

He also talked on the Letterman show I mentioned about his own two kids in a very disrespectful way, mistaking his dumbass remarks as funny. I pity his kids for having such an idiot old man who also has a very ugly face, and a developing fatty double chin, and increasing neck fat.

I could go on and on, but hey, fuck Stewart, I got better things to do.

Bernanke.

Lutz Potthoff and Friends Rocked Hattingen

One may say “come again, Hattingen? Where the fuck is it?” But make no mistake, Hattingen is a nice little town in Germany. It has a population of less than 60,000 but is part of a populous greater region called the Ruhrvalley, which reminds me a bit of Pittsburgh, PA, ’cause it once had lots of coal mining and a booming steel production, but has changed its industrial structure decades ago.

That little town that could, Hattingen, runs an annual, three day festival in its medieval center called “Altstadtfest”, where mostly local musicians entertain a hard to motivate local crowd, I mean it’s not like the enthusiastic crowd at the annual Festival de Viña in Chile, also called “el monstro”, cause once in a green cow it boos and whistles to express displeasure or contempt in a rather unforgiving way, but is otherwise very easy to thrill.

The German audience, by tradition, is more reserved and hard to cheer up, but having sort of introverted fun anyway, maybe with the help of a little booze.

This year the local hero musician Lutz Potthoff came back with a vengeance after 11 years since his last appearance at that festival.

Potthoff, who actually studied musicology, has been a pro since 1994, and it shows. Playing the keyboard and singing, he and his friends masterly entertained the audience with Rock n Pop for over 2 hours.

Outstanding was a singer by the name of Kati Camara.

That beautiful female lead singer of Potthoff & Friends was just marvellous, a great talent. She calls Hattingen home, and also studies vocals, which strikes me as funny since she can already perform in such a powerful and convincing way, juggling a broad spectrum of styles and song structures. She certainly will be a force to be reckoned with.

Let’s hope Hattingen does not have to wait for another 11 years to see Potthoff and (insert gals name) perform at the renowned “Altstadtfest”.
